When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not store your password in plain text.
When you use the API, we log the request URL (or note that HTML was provided), response time, output size, and timestamp. We do not store the rendered screenshots or PDFs beyond the immediate response unless you have R2 storage enabled.
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails.
We use an HttpOnly session cookie for dashboard authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, visitor identifiers, or cross-site tracking. Campaign labels and referring site names can be carried in our page links and saved with your account at signup so we can understand which guides help people get started. We measure account signup, API usage, sample downloads, and billing events to operate and improve the service. We do not retain the full referring URL.
Submitted URLs in render logs are removed after 30 days. Completed async job records are retained for 30 days; download results promptly. Aggregate usage and billing records are retained for account reporting. Render logs are retained for usage tracking. You can delete your account by contacting us at [email protected].
